Is 20 pull-ups a lot?
If you do pullups like I just described, 20 in a row is a great standard to aim for. The vast majority of guys can’t do that. If you get to 20 reps, it tends to be a game changer for your upper body strength.
Is 100 pull ups a day good?
At first you will get stronger(mostly in the pullup muscles) and specifically get better at doing pullups. You will lose weight (if that is a goal) and eventually gain weight in muscle. Eventually the benefits will cease though because your body get used to 100.
