HC2 Fitcon Fitness Classes Will Get You There
Programs are designed to be all-levels and scream-free motivators. The fast-paced, ever-changing circuit of strength and cardio exercises keeps bodies guessing and minds from becoming bored.
Love fitness and being active but could do without the barbell work? HC2 FitCon is a comprehensive, high-intensity training program designed to get you in the best shape of your life FAST, regardless of your current ability. Led by our expert coaches, you will be guided through a dynamic, multi-part workout (never the same twice) to build strength, speed, and endurance using a high intensity functional fitness model. By excluding some of the more complex barbell and gymnastics movements, the HC2 FitCon program allows you to get maximum results, without being restricted by the higher skill movement patterns and sequences.
FITCON training is 3x week every Tue./Thu./Sat. – for all class times, at 118 mo. (FITCON requires Fundamentals. 3x 1 on 1 coaching sessions, PLUS your 1st month of classes included, is only 195.)
What to Expect
For one hour every morning, our trainers will whip you into shape as you circulate between cardio and strength training. Any given workout might consist of push-ups, squats, lunges, running, or jump roping, as the coach will spare no method in the quest for fitness.
